The AAU is composed of America’s leading research universities distinguished by the breadth and quality of their programs of academic research and scholarship and education. Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) | Website
The Association of Pacific Rim Universities is a consortium of 61 research universities from around the Pacific Rim. Formed in 1997, APRU fosters collaboration between member universities, researchers, and policymakers contributing to economic, scientific and cultural advancement in the Pacific Rim.
Association of Public & Land-Grant Universities (APLU) | Website
APLU is a membership organization that fosters a community of university leaders collectively working to advance the mission of public research universities. The association’s membership consists of more than 250 public research universities, land-grant institutions, state university systems, and affiliated organizations spanning across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, six U.S. territories, Canada, and Mexico. APLU undertakes a wide array of projects and initiatives along with its members and provides a forum for public higher education leaders to work collaboratively and better meet the challenges and opportunities facing public universities.
